Our client MSIG Specialty Marine (MSIG SM), formerly MS Amlin Marine, is a leading global insurer specialising in marine and related risks. As part of the MS&AD Insurance Group, they bring together technical excellence, commercial agility, and bold thinking to deliver exceptional value to their clients.


Right now we are supporting them by looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Recruitment Business Partner to join their International HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead the recruitment agenda across their business, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders to shape and deliver a talent strategy that fuels their next phase of growth.


This is more than a delivery role, it’s an opportunity to build a modern, insight-driven, and inclusive recruitment function that reflects the market they operate in and the future they’re building.

Functieomschrijving

This is a standalone, high-impact role with lots of room to shape and grow. You’ll:


  • Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions, from scoping and sourcing to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand team needs and deliver smart, timely, and tailored recruitment solutions
  • Strengthen employer brand by telling compelling stories and helping to stand out in a competitive market
  • Introduce modern and inclusive hiring practices, from structured interviews to AI powered sourcing and unbiased job adverts
  • Use data and insight to guide hiring decisions, track market trends, and provide regular reporting to HR and senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Head of HR on workforce planning and long-term talent strategies
  • Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment at MSIG Europe to share best practices, align on reporting, and support group-level recruitment initiatives



You’ll focus on meaningful, strategic work. Operational support is available for admin-heavy tasks, and you’ll be empowered to lead rather than follow.

Functie-eisen
  • 8+ years experience in global recruitment, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency exposure
  • Strong relationship building skills. You’re credible with senior leaders and approachable with hiring managers
  • A commercial mindset, you think beyond requisitions and bring insight to the table
  • Passion for inclusive, unbiased hiring and an interest in applying AI and emerging tools to recruitment
  • Excellent writing, communication and storytelling skills; job ads, LinkedIn posts, and internal briefings
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another European language is a plus, not a must
  • Resilience, humour, and a drive to make things better, you bring energy into a room
