As the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in an established business with strong international growth ambitions. Supporting the Supply Chain organization, you will set the course for procurement, build strong and sustainable relationships with suppliers, and work closely with colleagues across Europe. Together, you will ensure that the supply chain is future-proof: efficient, scalable, and sustainable.


You will be part of an international procurement team of approximately 25 FTE. Colleagues with diverse backgrounds work together toward one shared goal: a future-proof and efficient supply chain. The team is multicultural, ambitious, and highly collaborative. You will report to the Head of Procurement and work closely with fellow leads, controllers, legal counsels, and supply chain managers.


𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Lead the procurement team within the Supply Chain organization (logistics and transport service providers, sea freight, materials handling equipment, and distribution centers) (4 FTE).
  • Develop category strategies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor budgets, savings, and targets in close collaboration with Business Control.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from logistics, legal, and finance to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strengthen cooperation and knowledge sharing within the international procurement team.
  • As a Lead, you will also be involved in daily operations and provide hands-on support to the team.

You start the day with a meeting with fellow leads to discuss the progress of a five-year plan. Next, you meet with logistics service providers to explore new contract opportunities aligned with international expansion plans. In the afternoon, you collaborate with Business Control on budgeting topics and with Legal on compliance matters. Throughout the day, you stay in close contact with your team members, coaching them in their development and ensuring focus and alignment.

You are a connecting leader who stands firm and gains energy from collaboration. You have solid experience in procurement within a supply chain context and know how to balance strategy with stakeholder management.

  • A completed bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an international supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience with contract management, category management, and supplier selection.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Experience with source-to-pay systems (SAP Ariba is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You are confident in expressing your opinion, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain an overview.

Hours: 40

Flexibility: Minimum of 3 days, preferably 4 days working at the office

Contract: One year contract, contract for an indefinite period when extended

Salaryrange: โ‚ฌ 100.000 – โ‚ฌ 130.000 (including holiday allowance)

Bonus: 15%-30% per year (based on personal performance) & 12,5% – 25% long term (3 years based on company performance)
